Easily access the QR code for your engagement and guide your audience to participate with just their phone.
To use a QR code in Digital Joy Engage:
- From your dashboard, click on Engagements. Here, you’ll see a list of all your created engagements or the option to create your first or a new engagement.
2. Select the engagement you want your audience to see and open it.
3. Once opened, activate the engagement to make it live for your audience.
4. Click the "Present" button to enter Presentation Mode.
Presentation Mode will display:
a. The currently active question or screen
b. A QR code your audience can scan
c. The join link (digitaljoyengage.com)
d. Your account’s join code
5. You can either save or screenshot the QR code to use it later. Simply insert it into your slides, event materials, or screens. Alternatively, you can display the Presentation Mode screen directly during your event, meeting, or livestream for easy access to the QR code.
For your audience, using the code is simple: they open their phone’s camera, scan the code, and tap the link to vote or respond. No logins or downloads needed.
Note: The QR code is linked to your session, not to a specific question. You can reuse the same QR code across multiple questions. Your audience will always see the currently active engagement when they scan it.
