How to Configure SMS & Email Whitelisting Validation

Restrict participation in private or internal engagements using SMS or Email Whitelisting access control.

Configuration Steps:

  1. Open your engagement settings panel and enable Engagement Privacy.
  2. The whitelist action buttons will be visible when this feature is enabled.
  3. To create new whitelist:
    1. Click on Create Whitelist.
    2. Enter the name of the Whitelist.
    3. Enter manually or upload your list of allowed phone numbers or email addresses.
The platform automatically validates inputs in real-time, highlighting syntax errors or invalid formatting before you save.
