How to Create Engagements Using the Template Library

Digital Joy Engage allows you to quickly launch interactive polls, quizzes, and surveys using pre-designed templates from the Template Library instead of building every interaction from scratch.

Steps to Use a Template:

  1. Log in to your Digital Joy Engage dashboard/homepage, go to Engagement tab and click New Engagement[MM1] button.
  2. Select Browse Templates from the new engagement page.
  3. Filter the curated starter templates by Category or Engagement Type.


  4. Preview the template layout and click “ + Add” button.

  5. Customize your questions, options, and timing rules before publishing.
