How to Set Up Organization Branding Templates

Maintain consistent visual identity across all audience interactions by configuring default account-level branding.

How to Configure Account Branding:

  1. Navigate to Account Settings -> Branding tab.




  2. Upload your organization's official banner and logo.
  3. Select or upload your background,
  4. Customize your branding:
    1. Banner Brand
    2. Brand Logo
    3. Brand Background
      i.    Choose solid color, or use HEX, RGBA, or HSLA color codes
      ii.    Select or upload background image
    1. Brand Colors
      1. Question text color
      2. Answer border color
      3. Answer text color
      4. Answer background color
      5. Hover answer background color
      6. Hover answer text color
    2. Brand font and style
  1. Save changes. These settings will be applied to the engagement branding template on the Engagement visual settings.
  2. To override branding for a specific engagement, use another engagement visual template (E.g. NextGen), or open the engagement's Visual Settings tab to adjust background colors, border styles, or answer button corner roundness individually.
