Do you count duplicate votes as responses?

Yes, any response that comes in (and received by Digital Joy) is counted as a vote/ response.

However, if your engagement voting limit is set to 1, repetitive votes from the same phone number will not be counted as a response. Only the first vote is counted towards your account's response limit.
