Viewing & Exporting Analytics for Multi-Question Engagements

Multi-question engagements allow you to combine multiple-choice and open-ended questions into a single poll. The way you view and export results depends on the question type.

Viewing Results

  1. Go to Engagements in your dashboard and select the engagement you want.
  2. The first question’s analytics will appear automatically.
    • Multiple-choice questions show vote counts and percentages.

    • Open-ended questions show text responses in the Active tab.

Moderating Open-Ended Responses

  • In the Active tab, hover over a response to Approve, Archive, or Delete it.

  • Approved responses move to the Approved tab and cannot be returned to Active.
  • Archived responses are stored in the Archived tab.

Exporting Data

  • To export results for a single question, open that question’s analytics page and click Export data. This will download only the results for that question (multiple-choice vote counts or open-ended text answers).

  • To export all multiple-choice responses from all engagements, along with participant emails (if collected), go to the Engagements list page, click the three-dot menu in the top right, and choose Export Polls Vote Logs.
  • Open-ended responses are not currently included in the full export and must be downloaded separately from each open-ended question’s page.

If you need both multiple-choice data and open-ended data for the same engagement, export the multiple-choice data using Export Polls Vote Logs, then export each open-ended question individually from its analytics page.
