What happens when I delete a folder?

When you select Delete from a folder's three-dot menu ( : ), you are presented with two explicit choices:

1. Delete folder only (Default): Deletes the folder container only. All engagements inside are unassigned and safely returned to your main All Engagements list.

2. Delete folder and all engagements (Destructive): Permanently deletes the folder and every engagement stored inside it.

    

 Warning: Folder deletion cannot be undone. There is no soft-delete or recovery option available in this release.
