Why don't I see certain engagements when adding items to a folder?

Engagements already assigned to another folder will not appear in the selection picker. Only standalone engagements (those not currently in any folder) are available for selection. If an engagement is missing, check if it is already inside another folder and use the Move action to reassign it.
