How can I create a word cloud engagement?

  1. Start a New Engagement: Click the "New Engagement" button on the Home or Engagement List page.
  2. Select Word Cloud: In the engagement wizard, scroll horizontally and choose the "Word Cloud" card.
  3. Choose Your Engagement Channel:
    1. Web: Allow voting via desktop or mobile. You can opt for a gated engagement or free entry.
    2. SMS: Enable voting through text messaging. Click here for more information about SMS voting.
  4. Configure Engagement Settings:
    1. Vote limit: This setting controls how many times a user can vote from a single device. The platform uses browser storage for tracking votes. If someone uses multiple browsers or clears their browser cache, they may be able to vote more than once.
    2. Scheduling: Schedule an automatic start and stop period of your Engagement.
    3. Show Results: Results screen will be shown once user votes.
  5. Proceed to the Next Step: Click the "Next" button.
  6. Select Question Type:
    1. Open-Ended: Simply enter your question.
  7. Configure Visual Settings:
    1. Choose an engagement visual template
    2. Set/Upload a background image
  8. Set inactive visuals
  9. Select font colors
  10. Preview Your Engagement: Click "Next" to review your engagement before saving and launching it.
