Learn how your audience can vote by sending the option number or text via SMS to your dedicated phone number.
When you create an engagement (such as a poll or question), each option is automatically assigned a number, starting from 1.
Example:
Question: What would you like to improve this year?
- Leadership
- Communication
- Productivity
To vote, your audience can text either the number of their chosen option (e.g., 3) or the option text (e.g., Productivity) to your dedicated phone number.
Once the vote is received and accepted, the voter will get a confirmation message, which you can customize.
Your phone number is selected the first time you create an engagement and will automatically appear in future ones. You can always find it on your dashboard or your presentation page. If you're not sure how the phone number is selected, this short article explains it.
