A response is any text message or web submission that your Digital Joy account receives from your audience. We’ve simplified the process by offering plans based on the number of responses you expect, rather than the size of your audience. This way, even if you plan to ask fewer questions, you can engage a much larger audience at a lower price.
To calculate the right plan for your needs:
- Estimate how many people will attend your event.
- Estimate how many questions you will ask.
- Decide if you need this for a one-time event or for an extended period.
- Multiply the number of questions by your audience size and by how often you'll use the product.
For example, if you’re hosting an all-hands meeting with 100 attendees and plan to ask 10 questions:
- Number of attendees: 100
- Number of questions: 10
- Usage: One-time
Calculation: 10 x 100 x 1 = 1,000 responses required.
Once someone responds to your question, that counts as a response and is deducted from your account’s response limit.
