An event code is used by your audience to access the online engagement when they go to digitaljoyengage.com.
The event code is displayed on the Presentation page and is automatically assigned to every account, consisting of random letters and/or digits. You can also find the event code in your dashboard, on the left navigation bar.
Once set, your event code will always be attached to your account. Event codes in Digital Joy are unique, and we do not remove or change event codes for users unless they have a Platinum plan. However, if you're on a larger plan, you can submit a request to change
